Job Description:

• Understand clients’ and residents’ needs and coordinate suitable services based on their requirements.
• Support business development activities by gathering market insights and identifying potential areas for service growth.
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare, community, and external partners to support business and referral opportunities.
• Coordinate enquiries, referrals, and service arrangements to provide a positive experience for residents and their families.
• Maintain relevant customer and resident information, prepare service-related materials, and monitor feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in reviewing operational processes, guidelines, and promotional initiatives to support the department’s objectives.
• Monitor departmental expenses, assist with budget planning, and prepare management reports when required.
• Support the development of team members through on-the-job guidance, coaching, and customer service training.
• Assist with other operational and departmental duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, healthcare, social service, or a related field will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
