About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Services (BODS) Consultant to support data migration activities within an SAP S/4HANA environment. The consultant will be responsible for developing and executing migration solutions, ensuring data quality and accuracy, and supporting testing, validation, and cutover activities in collaboration with functional and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage data migration objects using SAP Data Services (BODS)
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities
• Create, test, and execute migration jobs and workflows
• Support mock migration cycles, data reconciliation, validation, and cutover activities
• Troubleshoot migration issues, data discrepancies, and performance-related challenges
• Work closely with functional teams on data mapping and transformation requirements
• Support data integration across relevant SAP modules
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and migration-related specifications
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness throughout migration cycles

Required Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP experience
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Data Services / SAP BODS
• Practical experience with LTMC (Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit)
• Experience in job and workflow development, data mapping, debugging, and performance tuning
• Hands-on knowledge of IDocs, BAPI, and RFC
• Good understanding of SAP data structures across modules such as FI, MM, SD, or cross-functional areas
• Proven experience supporting SAP data migration projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or conversion projects
• Exposure to other ETL/data migration tools such as SLT or other non-SAP ETL tools
• Experience supporting multi-country rollouts or large-scale transformation programs
• Experience within the Pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
