About Us

Empress Family Feast is a premium tingkat dinner subscription service serving hundreds of families across Singapore, alongside our newer confinement meal line. We're a fast-moving F&B brand that leans heavily into modern marketing — from AI-assisted content production to campaign work across Meta, TikTok, and XHS. We're looking for someone to join us in-house and help scale content output across our brands.

What You'll Do

• Produce day-to-day content for social media (XHS, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) — photos, short-form video, captions, and scheduling
• Execute content within our established creative workflows and brand guidelines, working from direction and prompt systems we've already built
• Assist with campaign content (seasonal promotions, product launches, referral program assets)
• Capture real, on-the-ground content — kitchen operations, food prep, customer moments — to complement our AI-generated visuals
• Support basic photo/video editing and light graphic design (Canva)
• Help maintain our content calendar and posting cadence across platforms
• Assist with ad creative variations for paid social campaigns

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a related field (fresh grads welcome)
• Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video on a phone or basic camera
• Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
• Interest in or willingness to learn AI content generation tools (we'll train you on our specific workflows)
• Strong eye for visual quality and brand consistency
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently once trained
• Bonus: experience with F&B, lifestyle, or food content specifically
