Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Python AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. The role involves building AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Python-based APIs and microservices using FastAPI/Flask.
• Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI solutions.
• Develop AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and Tool Calling frameworks.
• Implement AI guardrails, security controls, and prompt injection prevention measures.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, databases, and APIs.
• Deploy and support AI applications on AWS/Azure using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in solution design, development, testing, and production support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python development skills.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, REST APIs, microservices, and backend development.
• Experience building production GenAI applications using:RAGLangChainLangGraphAgentic AITool Calling
• Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Chroma, FAISS, etc.).
• Understanding of AI security, guardrails, prompt injection prevention, and secure AI design.
• Experience with AWS or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD.

Preferred Skills

• MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• AI Evaluation Frameworks (LangSmith, LangFuse, DeepEval)
• Fine-tuning, LoRA, QLoRA, PyTorch
• Banking or Financial Services domain experience

We are looking for candidates who are strong Python engineers, with proven experience building and deploying production-ready Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
