Job Responsibilities :

• Identify and approach potential new clients, particularly schools, corporate organisation and other relevant groups.
• Follow up on sales enquiries and understand clients programme requirement.
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and explore future programme opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and other sales related materials.
• Coordinate with the Programme and Operation team to develop suitable programmes based on client requirement and budget.
• Maintain records of inquiries, potential clients and confirmed programmes.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities for Wilderness Malaysia.
• Support marketing activities, including social media, promotional materials and presentations.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, site visits and networking opportunities when required.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.

Preferred Candidate :

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, tourism, hospitality, travel, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or practical experience may also be considered.
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Comfortable communicating with customers, clients, and business partners.
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Willing to travel occasionally for events, meetings, sales activities, and other business requirements.
• Interest in travel, nature, adventure, conservation, and wilderness experiences is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
