We are inviting candidates for the position of:

Event Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale global B2B events, including exhibitions, conferences, keynote speeches, and branded experiences. This role requires proven expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with international scope, strong familiarity with the technology sector, and hands-on experience in the Singapore market.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with exceptional project management capabilities to deliver world-class events that drive brand engagement, generate leads, and exceed business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale global events, including exhibitions, conferences, keynote speeches, and other B2B-focused events, from planning through execution.
• Strong experience working with technology brands, with a good understanding of the tech industry, products, and fast-paced business environments.
• Manage event operations in the Singapore market, working closely with local vendors, venues, and teams to ensure smooth execution and compliance with relevant regulations and business culture.
• Independently manage complex projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables under pressure.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams across markets, working effectively with multicultural teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment of event objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of event management experience, leading large-scale global B2B events, trade shows, and branded experiences from concept to post-event evaluation.
• Strong technology industry experience, with a solid understanding of tech products, B2B audiences, and the fast-paced technology sector.
• Deep Singapore market knowledge, including local venues, suppliers, agencies, regulations, event operations, and business practices.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, including managing high-value projects, budgets, timelines, risks, resources, vendors, and agencies.
• Highly organised and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and experience working across global markets.
