Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Support the design and delivery of training programmes and certifications
Coordinate with trainers, partners, and industry stakeholders
Manage programme logistics, communications, and reporting
Assist in outreach and partnerships that drive talent development
Monitor budget allocations and expenditures.
Undertake any other ad hoc events duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
Degree/Diploma in Business, HR, Education or related fields
Fresh graduates or 1–2 years’ experience (MICE experience is a bonus!)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Familiarity with SkillsFuture and workforce development frameworks is a plus
