Attend site meetings and perform site measurements.
Prepare work schedules and monitor project costing.
Ensure work progresses smoothly and is completed within the target time.
Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and organize meeting to kick off projects with site personnel.
Ensure the profit margin is achieved according to target set.
Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and implement recovery plans to address delays and maintain timeline.
Manage project costs, variations, claims, procurement, and subcontractor payments to control budget and cash flow.
Conduct testing and commissioning, defect rectification, and final handover to ensure project completion to client.
