Responsible for the overall planning, scheduling, coordination and supervision of the department.
Ensure smooth daily operations, proper housekeeping and adequate resources.
Ensure prompt and efficient service with a positive and enthusiastic working attitude.
Develop and implement operational and risk management contingency plans.
Implement display guidelines and planograms according to company standards.
Organise and coordinate special projects, meetings, schedules and follow-up activities.
Monitor departmental performance and ensure operational requirements are met.
