Job Descriptions:

1. To carry out feasibility study, user requirement definition, system analysis and design, implementation, documentation, report generation, testing, and maintenance of application systems;

2. To perform application development, coding, documentation, testing, user training, maintenance and enhancement for Intranet/Internet, client/server systems, and web application systems;

3. To perform database design, programming, performance tuning, system administration and maintenance;

4. To administrate, monitor, problem tracing and solving and provide services for application software systems;

5. To evaluate and inspect/review hardware, software, and prepare technical proposals of IT equipment and services;

6. To provide application support services such as liaison with users and vendors, monitoring, repairing, recovering application systems;

7. To design and prepare operation procedures, drill plans, contingency plans, technical reports, etc.;

8. To ensure project deliverables submitted by the contractor to be on time and meet quality standard; and

9. To perform other IT services or tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirement Details:

1. Have a Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Engineering, or related IT disciplines, or equivalent;

2. At least 3 years or above relevant IT working experience in user and vendor management, system analysis and design, system development, testing, configuration, customization, deployment and administration of application software systems;

3. Have the following working experience and skill sets: C#, .NET, ReactJS, VBA, Webservice, SQL, Stored Procedure, Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices, MSSQL;

4. Solid experience on project management would be an advantage;

5. Knowledge and solid experience on user and vendor management would be an advantage;

6. Knowledge and experience in Cloud Computing is a plus;

7. Creative, analytical, self-initiative, responsible and well-organized; and

8. Good leadership, planning, organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
