WithUs Mentorship Program

The WithUs mentorship program is designed to nurture aspiring legal professionals by pairing them with experienced mentors from our firm. Through this programme, we aim to provide invaluable guidance, support and insights to help shape the careers of future legal talents.

The program is open to first year law students (based in Singapore) seeking guidance to prepare for a career in law.

As a mentee, you will have the opportunity to participate in monthly one-on-one sessions with a dedicated mentor as well as attend workshops focused on career guidance, skill-building and professional development.

Successful candidates may receive priority consideration for interviews for our Summer Internship Program.

• Program duration: January 2027 – June 2027
• Applications open now and will close Friday 31st October 2026
• Your application must be submitted through our careers portal and should include a cover letter, resume and copies of your "O" level, "A" level, and university transcripts.
