Lead the end-to-end project implementation for the LPG cylinder operations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling, filling, storing, and distributing LPG cylinders.
Work closely with internal management to align engineering setups with business goals and serve as the primary technical point of contact for external partners and contractors.
Source, negotiate with, and onboard reliable equipment suppliers, cylinder manufacturers, and service vendors.
Design and map out efficient logistics, fleet routes, and storage workflows for high-volume cylinder movement.
Ensure storage and distribution setups comply with local regulatory standards, safety protocols, and authority requirements.
Liaise directly with relevant local authorities and regulatory bodies (e.g., KPDN, DOSH, Bomba) to secure operating licenses, permits, and safety clearances.
Oversee equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and safety checks on-site.
Develop preventative maintenance programs for filling plant machinery, storage facilities, and operational equipment.
Train and onboard site operators, technicians, and logistics drivers on safe LPG handling practices and operational SOPs.
Requirement
Diploma/Degree in related field.
Preferably with 2-3 years in Project Management, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or handling hazardous materials.
Willing to travel independently.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow instructions accurately.
