JOB SUMMARY:

• Dispatch of drawings.
• Prepare and maintain document control and filing system for drawings.
• Report creation for construction manager.
• Date entry tasks.
• Maintain in-house project management system by keeping electronic records of incoming and outgoing documents.
• Liaise with residents/owners, town councils, HDB, consultants & subcontractors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:

• Visit owners/residents and arrange defective works to be rectified.
• Keep documentation record of the requests or complaint from the public.
• Disseminate information and handle complaints/feedbacks from public.
• Ensure project drawing, requisition and document transmittal files are maintained and compiled.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by Senior Project Manager/Project Manager.
