Job Responsibilities

• Assist Project/Site Manager in managing daily high-rise construction activities.
• Supervise C&S and Architectural works according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and workmanship.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and M&E teams.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues through RFI.
• Prepare site documentation, progress reports, site memos, and claims.
• Monitor defect rectification and ensure compliance with QLASSIC, ISO 9001, and safety requirements.
• Ensure construction works are completed according to project schedule and quality standards.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with 2–5 years of high-rise construction experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
