Facility Technician

Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 per month

Working Location: 7 Gul Circle, Singapore

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30PM; alternate Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for in-house repair works and facility maintenance across warehouses, offices and buildings.
• Liaise with subcontractors on repair, maintenance and facility-related works.
• Ensure strong support and prompt response to requests raised by internal and external stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) issues across warehouses, offices and buildings.
• Carry out building alteration and addition (A&A) works where required.
• Provide technical advice and training to subcontractors when necessary.
• Perform administrative duties including preparing reports, recording electricity meter readings and sourcing quotations for facility-related works.
• Support domestic travel for work-related assignments.
• Remain contactable via mobile or other communication channels during office hours and occasionally outside office hours when required.
• Adhere strictly to the company's Zero Safety Accident and Incident Policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• 3–5 years or more of relevant experience as a Technician in Facility Management, Estate Management or a related field.
• Strong hands-on technical skills in mechanical, electrical and building works.
• Able to work under pressure and respond promptly to urgent enquiries and maintenance requests.
• Good communication and coordination skills when working with internal stakeholders, external clients and subcontractors.
• Possess a valid Scissor Lift License.
• Safety-conscious and able to comply with workplace safety requirements.
