1. Monitor SMT production processes and product quality.

2. Inspect PCBA for soldering, component, and placement defects.

3. Check and monitor SPI, AOI, and other inspection results.

4. Identify, record, and report quality issues.

5. Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of defects.

6. Monitor SMT process parameters and ensure they follow specifications.

7. Work with Process/Equipment Engineers to resolve quality problems.

8. Perform first-piece and in-process inspections.

9. Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

10. Maintain quality records and inspection reports.

11. Ensure compliance with SOP, ESD, and quality requirements.

12. Support continuous improvement and defect reduction activities.

13. Rotating Shift

14. Mandarin-speaking ability will be an added advantage.

15. Work at Senai Factory

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
