Job Description

Role Summary:
The Technician will provide technical and operational support, perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, and help ensure systems and equipment operate safely and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of technical equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment or system problems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and technical checks.
• Assist engineers and technical teams with daily operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation.
• Follow workplace safety and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support testing, repairs, upgrades, and equipment deployment.
• Ensure assigned work is completed accurately and within required timelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or relevant technical qualification.
• Previous experience in technical support, equipment maintenance, or IT-related work is an advantage.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to follow technical procedures and safety requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a technical team.

Pay: $2,300.00 - $4,000.00 per month
