We are a leading wholesale distributor of frozen food products, supplying seafood, meat, and poultry to restaurants, retailers, and food service businesses across Singapore. We are looking for a responsible and organised Admin Assistant to support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and key in customer Purchase Orders (POs) accurately into the system.
• Print and prepare invoices, delivery orders, and other sales documents.
• Receive customer orders via phone, email, and messaging platforms, and ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately.
• Verify order details and update customer information in the system.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, purchase orders, and related documents.
• Attend to general customer enquiries and provide administrative support.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with other administrative and ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) is an advantage but not required.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and pay close attention to detail.
