1. Counselling & Client Consultation

• Understand employer/family requirements and household needs.
• Recommend suitable MDW or APS helper candidates.
• Explain the placement process, fees, terms and expectations.
• Advise employers on suitable helper profiles and job scopes.

2. Conduct Interview & Matching

• Arrange and conduct employer-helper interviews.
• Facilitate communication between employers and candidates.
• Assess candidates based on experience, skills, personality and job requirements.
• Match suitable MDW/APS helpers to employers.

3. APS Recruitment

• Recruit and source suitable APS helpers through various channels.
• Screen applicants and conduct preliminary interviews.
• Assess candidates’ skills, experience, attitude and suitability for APS placement.
• Maintain and develop a pool of qualified APS candidates.
• Coordinate candidate documentation and onboarding requirements.
• Work with the operations/recruitment team to ensure candidates are ready for placement.

4. Sales & Closing

• Follow up with leads and prospective employers.
• Convert enquiries and interviews into successful placements.
• Handle objections and negotiate within company guidelines.
• Close MDW and APS placement cases.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

5. After-Sales & Customer Relationship

• Follow up with employers after placement.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing employers.
• Generate referrals and repeat business.

6. Team Management

• Lead, coach and motivate sales staff.
• Set sales and placement targets.
• Monitor individual team performance and conversion rates.
• Train staff on counselling, interviewing, matching and closing techniques.

7. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Track enquiries, interviews, placements, recruitment and conversion rates.
• Monitor APS recruitment pipeline and candidate availability.
• Report sales performance, market trends and operational issues to management
