• Salary: $2800 - $3100
• Working hours: Shift Hours (5 Days a week)
• Work Location: Airport
• Able to work shift hours

Responsibilities:
Handle customer bookings, walk-in enquiries, reservations, ticketing, amendments, cancellations and re-bookings.

Manage enquiries from passengers, travel agents and corporate clients.

Maintain customer and frequent flyer records accurately.

Assist with promotions, customer feedback and complaints.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and support smooth operations.

Keep updated on airline requirements, market trends and industry developments.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in reservations and ticketing.

Proficiency in air ticketing and Global Distribution Systems (GDS), particularly Amadeus.

Able to standing for long periods.
