The Customer Network Operations Trainee Engineer Programme offers a structured pathway into the satellite operator industry. Incumbent will fast-track their development through a blend of classroom learning and hands-on, on-the-job training in satellite communications operations.

Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee Engineer, your core duties will include:

• Traffic Monitoring: Tracking satellite communication traffic and troubleshooting technical issues for clients.

• Equipment Operations: Operating, maintaining, and resolving technical faults in satellite communication systems.

• Customer Support: Managing client inquiries, service requests, and providing high-quality service.

• Incident Investigation: Analyzing customer-reported performance issues and communicating findings clearly.

• Data Management: Maintaining accurate internal records of customer profiles and service histories.

Requirements
We welcome recent High Diploma or above graduates from Engineering, Science, Business and related disciplines who demonstrate:

• A genuine passion for and interest in satellite operations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel paired with strong analytical skills.

Those with knowledge in network (TCP/IP) or programming languages will be an advantage.
