Job Description & Requirements
Oversee construction projects from start to completion

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Supervise daily site operations and workers

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients

Monitor work progress and quality standards

Ensure compliance with regulations from the Building and Construction Authority

Enforce workplace safety requirements under the Ministry of Manpower

Prepare project reports and manage project costs

Proven experience in construction project management or site supervision.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate teams effectively.

Must be able to speak Bangla, English.
