Job Summary

Provide excellent customer service by engaging new and existing clients, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction to uphold the brand’s reputation.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage new clients through targeted marketing activities to grow the customer base

Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing timely communication and personalized service

Manage customer bookings accurately to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery

Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels and uphold brand image

Collaborate with team members to support overall customer service goals and enhance client experience
