Lift Performance Monitoring,

• monitoring lift performance
• Manage Contractors and performance
• Responsible for all stakeholders regarding lift performance.
• Able to attend site inspection with immediate notice.
• Able to witness and verify site works

Lift parts certification

• To carry out parts certification work with contractor
• To witness contractor’s parts replacement works
• To witness contractor’s repairing and trouble shotting works
• Maintain accurate and updated records of parts replacement.
• Collaborate with team members and service providers to ensure timely and effective maintenance schedule.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Any other work that is assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical and Electrical preferred) and above
• Prior 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Computer skills are required, familiar with BCA and HDB requirements for Lift operations.
