Job Title: Sales Executive (Remote, Flexible Part-Time)

About the Role: We are seeking motivated people who are looking for a stable, commission-based role with at least a 6-month commitment.

In this remote role, you will text and call parent-to-parent through WhatsApp to help them find the right home tutors for their children. Total salary (inclusive of commissions) can go up to $2000+ per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent our tuition agency with dedication, professionalism, and care.

• Connect with parents who have actively reached out to us for help, understand their child's specific academic needs, and successfully match them with suitable tutors.

• Consistently handle an average of 6 assignments daily.

Work Schedule & Flexibility:

• 28-hours each week, averaging roughly 4 hours of work per day.

• (OTOT) Enjoy a highly flexible, self-managed schedule. You can work entirely from home anywhere between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM. This means you can comfortably fit your work around school drop-offs, meal times, or after the kids go to bed.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Successfully manage 6 new assignments a day (180 assignments a month).

• Achieve a baseline successful match (close) rate of 20% per month (36 out of 180 assignments)

Compensation & Incentives:

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $500 per month

• Commissions: Up to $1500 per month, based on how many assignments closed each month.

This means minimizing middle-person errors through precise scheduling, accurate budget and commission calculations, mistake-free WhatsApp messages, and reliably timely follow-ups.

• Resilience: You understand that rejections are just a natural part of a sales role. You can handle a "no", overcome objections, and bounce back quickly without losing your warmth or confidence.

• Ambitious Drive: There will be a lot of room for flexibility and uncertainty in this sales role, so having proactive and highly driven mindset will be crucial in hitting high commission brackets.
