IT Support Executive

We are looking for a hands-on and independent IT Executive to support our day-to-day IT operations.

If you enjoy troubleshooting, solving technical problems and working directly with hardware, network, systems and CCTV, we would like to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and troubleshoot PC, laptop, printer and other IT equipment.
• Install and support Windows, software and company systems.
• Provide user IT support for hardware, software, email and system access.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DHCP, router and switch issues.
• Support CCTV setup, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT assets and coordinate with IT vendors/service providers.

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking or related field.
• Preferably at least 2 years of hands-on IT experience.
• Able to independently troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Familiar with Windows, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers and switches.
• Basic CCTV troubleshooting knowledge.
• Good problem-solving, communication and independent working skills.⊿⊿⊿
