Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• To perform on-site preventive maintenance services based on the agreed schedule.

• To provide ad hoc remedial repair service as required by customers.

• Meet the desired Service Level that is expected from the customers/site assigned.

• Perform pre-delivery inspection on equipment before delivery.

• Provide preventive maintenance service and remedial repair services.

• Maintain customers installed base records.

• Handle customers' enquiries, feedback, or suggestions

Requirement:

• Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

• Able to perform preventive maintenance and on-site servicing.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Able to read and understand technical and engineering drawings.
