Job requirement :

• Interpersonal and leadership skills, with an ability to communicate effectively across customer.

• Experience in sales and conflict resolution

Responsibilities:

• Supervise employees in meeting quality requirements, communicate issues to relevant senior managers
• Manage store relevant problem including the cash in cash out, product qualities and quantities, etc.
• Receive, track, and resolve complaints from employees and customers
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
• Arrange timetable,content and jobs responsibilities for each employees.
