Job Summary

Oversee construction projects by coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring quality and safety compliance to deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction site progress to ensure projects meet scheduled deadlines
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors to control site work plans
• Liaise with clients and consultants to align project objectives and resolve issues
• Supervise on-site workers to maintain productivity and adherence to standards
• Enforce safety regulations to ensure compliance and a safe working environment
• Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
• Perform related ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project completion
  
  

Preferred Competencies And Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction project experience
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage projects effectively
• Proven leadership skills to collaborate with personnel at all levels
• Capacity to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
