Role Description The Payroll Executive is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and verifying payroll data, processing monthly salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions, and coordinating with HR and Finance on employee movements and benefits. The role involves managing payroll records, preparing statutory submissions, handling queries related to pay, and supporting audits or reporting requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur, requiring close collaboration with internal stakeholders and maintaining strict confidentiality of payroll information.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing to manage end-to-end payroll cycles accurately and efficiently.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in Payroll Management and Finance to handle statutory contributions, compliance, and payroll-related reporting.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with employees, HR, and Finance, and to resolve payroll inquiries clearly and professionally.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency with payroll and HRIS software, Microsoft Excel, and basic data analysis for reconciliation and audit purposes.
  • Relevant experience in payroll operations, knowledge of Malaysian labor and tax regulations, and a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field would be beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling confidential information, and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment would be advantageous.
