Job Summary
We are seeking an analytical, forward-thinking, and execution-driven Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between long-term strategic vision and daily operational execution. You will partner closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, optimize operational frameworks, track cross-functional KPIs, and lead high-impact transformation projects that scale our business efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Partner with executive leadership to define, structure, and execute key business strategies and market expansion initiatives.
• Operational Excellence: Analyze existing operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design scalable processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Data-Driven Insights: Build data models, track core business KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to guide commercial and operational decisions.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams (Product, Sales, Finance, Legal) to ensure smooth rollout of strategic programs.
• Change Management: Design implementation roadmaps and lead change management efforts to embed new processes and tools across the organization.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience, ideally coming from management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategy/operations roles within high-growth technology or corporate environments.
• Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling (advanced Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL or Tableau proficiency is highly preferred).
• Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to measurable execution.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear presentations for executive stakeholders.

Pay: $3,600.00 - $5,500.00 per month
