Job Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 workstations using Microsoft Intune.
• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, user accounts, groups, permissions and access.
• Support Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Windows authentication.
• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and Exchange Online.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, routing and switching issues.
• Support endpoint compliance, MFA, Conditional Access and other security controls.
• Use PowerShell, Command Prompt and system logs for troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Handle IT incidents, service requests, documentation, escalation and user support.

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Helpdesk, Desktop Support, Systems Support, Technical Support or similar IT roles.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Knowledge of hybrid identity, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and Exchange Online.
• Good understanding of networking, including TCP/IP, subnetting, VLAN, VPN, routing and switching.
• Ability to use PowerShell and Command Prompt for troubleshooting and basic scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation and customer-service skills.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot, endpoint provisioning, device compliance and software deployment is an advantage.
• IT certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA or ITIL are an advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
