We are looking for an Architect to join an international engineering and design environment, working on complex projects across Advanced Technology and Life Science sectors.

Location: Singapore

Employment: Permanent

Industry: Engineering / Design / Advanced Technology

What you'll do:

* Design, detail and specify architectural packages for complex Advanced Technology & Life Science projects

* Develop architectural design solutions from concept through detailed design

* Coordinate architectural works with structural, MEP and other engineering disciplines

* Liaise with clients and project stakeholders on architectural design matters

* Support tendering activities and preparation of architectural documentation

* Review drawings, specifications and technical requirements

* Ensure design coordination and compliance with project requirements

Project / Design Exposure:

Experience in one or more of the following environments would be relevant:

* Advanced Technology facilities

* Life Science / Pharmaceutical facilities

* High-Tech manufacturing facilities

* Cleanroom / controlled environments

* Industrial and technically complex buildings

Requirements

* Degree in **Architecture** or a related discipline

* Professional architectural experience in design and detailing

* Experience working on complex building / engineering projects

* Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications and coordination

* Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams

* Good communication skills and ability to work with international project stakeholders

* Proficiency in relevant architectural design software
