Job Description / Responsibilities

* Manage daily operations, order fulfilment and packing

* Maintain inventory and conduct stock checks

* Coordinate shipping and logistics

* Monitor stock movement and resolve discrepancies

* Ensure accurate order processing according to SOPs

* Maintain operational records and reports

Requirements

* 1–3 years’ experience in operations, fulfilment, logistics or inventory is an advantage

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Good organisational and time-management skills

* Responsible, disciplined and able to follow SOPs

* Good communication and problem-solving skills

* English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage

* Interest or experience in Pokémon TCG / collectibles is a bonus

Working Hours

* Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

* Saturday may be required occasionally based on operational needs
