YOUR ROLE
- Responsible as EWS/FT test operation interface for OSATs across South-East Asia.
- Drive EWS/FT new product introduction and fulfil NPI requirement.
- Drive yield improvement activities.
- Drive test firewall in OSATs.
- Execute test capacity expansions (tester/handler/hardware).
- Implement best practices and process across OSATs.
- Relevant Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor test manufacturing (EWS/FT).
- Understanding of test process & equipment operation.
- Good problem-solving skillset.
- Good written and communication skills.
