Job Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field
• Fresh graduates can apply
• Factory internship or hands-on experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement
• Knowledge of 5S, standard work, and waste reduction
• Six Sigma is an advantage
• Basic CAD / AutoCAD skills
• Good Excel and MS Office skills
• Good English
• Willing to work on the shopfloor
• Good teamwork, willing to learn, and organized

Job Responsibilities

• Support production and manufacturing process improvement
• Work with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams
• Help with factory layout and workstation planning
• Plan material flow and use of factory space
• Prepare work instructions and production documents
• Support equipment setup and production start-up
• Monitor equipment and production performance
• Conduct time studies and data analysis
• Help find and solve production problems
• Improve quality, cycle time, productivity, and ergonomics
• Support 5S, waste reduction, and process improvement
• Support NPI, trial runs, pilot builds, and production ramp-up

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
