We’re looking for a hands‑on AI Engineer to design, build, and operationalize AI‑enabled applications and automation solutions. This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, data platforms, and AI innovation, helping teams turn complex operational challenges into secure, scalable, and production‑ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI‑enabled applications, agents, workflows, and automation for enterprise use cases.
- Translate operational challenges into testable prototypes and production solutions.
- Integrate AI models with enterprise systems, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud services.
- Establish testing, evaluation, documentation, monitoring, and operational handover practices.
- Apply appropriate safeguards: security, access control, human oversight, and failure handling.
Must‑Have Skills
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
- Strong software development experience, especially in Python and modern frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience building LLM applications, agents, retrieval solutions, or orchestration workflows.
- Experience with APIs, data integration, and cloud development (AWS preferred).
- Working knowledge of DevOps/CI/CD practices: automated testing, version control, containerization, deployment pipelines, diagnostics.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Agile, fast learner, with excellent communication skills.
Good‑to‑Have Skills (any of the following)
- Cybersecurity: vulnerability management, threat intelligence, incident response, detection engineering, red/blue teaming.
- Data & Platforms: data engineering, lakehouse platforms (e.g., Databricks), security data normalization, cross‑source event correlation, full‑stack product development.
- AI Evaluation & Serving: LLM evaluation/benchmarking, model selection/finetuning, inference optimization, GPU infrastructure, local model deployment.
