Manage IT procurement by sourcing hardware, software, and service providers.
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, internet connectivity, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
Conduct IT onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, equipment setup, and access removal.
Technical Support - Provide troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues both in-person and remotely.
Staff Training - Conduct cybersecurity awareness training and onboard new employees on IT tools.
Asset Management - Maintain accurate documentation of all IT assets, software licenses, and service agreements.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior or management from time to time.
Security & Compliance - Implement and enforce IT security policies, manage user access controls, and protect corporate data safeguards.
Vendor Management - Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers for equipment procurement, licensing renewals, and system repairs.
Poster & Media Design Support - Format, resize, print-prep, or digitally publish company posters, hiring graphics, and event banners using design tools.
Corporate Profile Updates - Ensure the digital and PDF versions of the company profile are kept up-to-date with the latest corporate data, services, and structural changes.
System Administration - Install and configure operating systems, applications, VPNs, and peripheral devices. Monitor servers, firewalls, and data backups to prevent system downtime.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
1–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
