We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cisco UCM Support Engineer to join our team in Singapore. If you have a strong background in Unified Communications Manager (UCM) and enjoy troubleshooting, optimizing systems, and delivering exceptional technical support, this is the role for you! What You'll Do:
Provide expert support for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM)
Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions
Manage upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure optimal performance
Monitor system health and proactively resolve potential problems
Document processes, incidents, and resolutions clearly

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco UCM
Strong knowledge of voice networking protocols (SIP, H.323)
Proven troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office setting
