• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (M&E) works on site, ensuring alignment with architectural, structural, and civil works
• Review and interpret M&E drawings (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, medical gas systems) to identify clashes and coordinate resolutions with consultants
• Liaise with M&E subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist installers to ensure work is carried out per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor M&E installation progress on site against the project schedule, flagging delays or resource issues to the Project Manager
• Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to ensure M&E service routing (ducts, pipes, cable trays) does not conflict with building elements
• Review and process M&E-related RFIs, technical queries, and shop drawing submissions between consultants and subcontractors
• Support testing and commissioning of M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, medical gas, fire protection) prior to handover
• Ensure M&E works comply with relevant authority requirements (TNB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, Bomba, JKR, and Ministry of Health guidelines for medical gas/hospital systems)
• Coordinate M&E material submissions, approvals, and delivery schedules with procurement and site teams
• Attend technical and coordination meetings with M&E consultants, contractors, and client representatives
• Conduct site inspections of M&E installations to verify workmanship and compliance with approved method statements
• Assist in preparing M&E progress reports, punch lists, and defect tracking for M&E-related works
• Support the preparation and review of M&E as-built drawings and O&M (Operation & Maintenance) manuals for handover
• Coordinate M&E system commissioning specific to hospital requirements (medical gas piping, isolation valves, nurse call systems, backup power/generators)
• Ensure M&E installation sequencing aligns with hospital-specific phasing requirements, especially where work occurs near or within live/partially operational facilities

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
