Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Excellence Manager to improve business processes, operational performance, and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Review workflows and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs and performance metrics.
• Standardize processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Work with teams to implement process improvements.
• Analyze performance data and prepare management reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in operations, process improvement, business excellence, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of process improvement and operational performance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and relevant process improvement tools.
