Responsibilities

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Meet and liaise with clients to support sales activities and follow-ups.
• Coordinate schedules, documents, communications, and follow-ups.
• Manage leads and sales activities in CRM.
• Generate and distribute sales reports.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team.

What We Look For

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Comfortable meeting and communicating with clients.

Bonus

• Knowledge of ROS2, RMF, or other robotics middleware frameworks
• Experience with security robots, autonomous robots, or physical security technology
• Hospitality industry knowledge

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
