We are an agile, fast-paced startup seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Consultant to bridge the gap between engineering, client relationships, and business goals. You will build and optimize scalable applications, manage database systems, and directly engage with clients to translate business goals into technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Technical & Database Management

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end full-stack web applications.
• Manage, query, and optimize relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL) to ensure speed and uptime.
• Oversee repository workflows, manage branching strategies, code reviews, and basic server/cloud deployment.

Client Liaison & Technical Consulting

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for external clients.
• Translate non-technical client feedback into actionable software specifications for development.
• Confidently demo product updates and address client issues or technical blockers.

Project Budgeting & Scoping

• Estimate resource time and infrastructure needs for upcoming project features.
• Assist in defining project scopes and basic cost budgeting for development resources.
• Ensure code and architecture align with the project's financial constraints.

Expected Experience & Background

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Full-Stack development. Startup experience is highly valued.
• Database Mastery: Strong working proficiency in relational database designs
• Soft Skills: Outstanding professional communication, client-facing confidence, and a sharp business acumen for resource planning.

Compensation & Perks
