Job Responsibilities

1. Full Set of Accounts:

Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
Handle GST/Taxation matters accurately and on time.

2. Financial Reporting:

Prepare schedules, reports, and financial statements.
Compile Financial Statements per relevant standards.
Support annual closing, tax computations and submissions.

3. Compliance:

Stay updated on accounting standards and tax laws.
Improve processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accounting and above
Preferably with prior experience in an accounting firm or a similar environment.
Proficiency in accounting software such as MYOB, AutoCount, QuickBooks, and Xero.
Capability to manage and handle accounts for multiple client companies
Strong independence, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
