岗位职责
Job Description:
Install and commission rotary screw, reciprocating, and oil-free air compressors.
Install associated equipment such as air dryers, filters, air receivers, and compressed air piping systems.
Conduct system testing, performance checks, and handover to clients.
Ensure compliance with MOM WSH regulations and relevant Singapore Standards.
Perform scheduled servicing and replacement of consumables (oil, filters, separators).
Inspect motors, VSD drives, control panels, belts, and safety devices.
Record operating parameters and maintain proper service documentation.
Support energy efficiency and system optimization initiatives.
Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and control faults.
Interpret wiring diagrams and control schematics.
Provide timely response to breakdown calls and emergency service requests.
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective measures.
Requirements:
NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in compressor servicing or industrial equipment maintenance in Singapore.
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
Knowledge of air compressors and PLC systems.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and respond to urgent service calls.
