Salary Range: S$2,800 to S$3,500
Responsibilities
- Support daily coordination of import and export container movements
- Assist with scheduling and tracking of shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping documents, and delivery schedules
- Liaise with truckers, warehouse staff, and transporters to facilitate smooth cargo handling
- Prepare and update tally sheets, inventory reports, and shipment status updates
- Respond to routine customer enquiries regarding shipment status and documentation
- Assist in monitoring compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Support the team in resolving operational issues and discrepancies as they arise
- Help compile data for KPI tracking and management reporting
- Carry out general administrative duties to support the operations team
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred; candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply
- 0 to 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with logistics software or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP is a plus
- Good communication and organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
