Key Responsibilities:

• CRM System Maintenance & Process Optimization:
• Manage and maintain daily CRM system operations (e.g., Salesforce or similar tools) to ensure data accuracy and real-time database updates.
• Continuously review and optimize operational workflows to improve team efficiency and data accuracy.
• Ensure seamless routine functionality across operational tools, including Omnichat and SurveyMonkey.
• MGM Verification & Data Audit:
• Perform systematic verification and cross-checking of "Member-Get-Member" (MGM) records to ensure authenticity, prevent abuse, and uphold data integrity.
• Audit daily membership transactions and resolve routine account/loyalty anomalies.
• CRM Content & Visual Execution (Canva Required):
• Design and execute monthly CRM promotional materials, electronic posters, e-banners, and member communications using Canva.
• Draft simple and clear routine marketing notices, promotional messages, and push notifications.
• Reporting & Operational Support:
• Generate routine monthly reports, data tracking, and performance insights for management review.
• Provide stable administrative support for all loyalty-related operations.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience:
• Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• At least 1-2 years of solid experience in CRM operations, loyalty program maintenance, or marketing administration.
• Familiarity with HKB2B systems(Beauty) or relevant beauty industry knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Technical & Software Skills (Essential):
• Hands-on experience operating and maintaining CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar backend systems).
• Proficiency in Canva is MUST for designing monthly promotional posters and marketing collaterals.
• Proficient in MS Excel (Data filtering, VLOOKUP, and basic report formatting).
• Work Style & Personality:
• Stable, highly structured, and patient; comfortable with routine system maintenance, detailed data auditing, and hands-on design work.
• Strong process-oriented mindset with keen attention to data accuracy and detail.
• Reliable, responsible, and prefers working within clear, established operational frameworks.
