Overview

We are seeking a proactive, tech-forward, and detail-oriented professional with strong Mandarin language skills to join our team as a Client Servicing & Operations Specialist. In this modernized role, you will bridge traditional high-touch investor management with cutting-edge workflow automation. You will be responsible for seamless investor onboarding, communications, and compliance management for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) across North Asia, while actively leveraging Generative AI tools to optimize daily operations, content generation, and compliance checks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Servicing & North Asia Liaison

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for North Asian clients, facilitating smooth day-to-day communications and query resolution.
• Act as a reliable liaison between HNW clients and internal teams (e.g., Compliance, Operations, Management) to ensure timely responses and client satisfaction.
• Handle and route incoming client inquiries professionally and promptly in both high-level English and Mandarin.
• Prepare, translate, and format routine client communications, reports, market updates, and presentation materials in both English and Mandarin.
• Maintain accurate, structured, and up-to-date client records, interaction logs, and documentation across company systems.

2. Compliance & Onboarding Execution

• Assist in investor onboarding processes, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal AML/KYC policies.
• Conduct routine compliance checks, background reviews, and account verifications for client-related activities.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain complete compliance and audit-ready documentation.
• Identify and report potential compliance, risk, or regulatory issues related to clients to management promptly.
• Assist in developing and implementing internal compliance training programs and documentation updates.

3. GenAI Process Automation & Operational Efficiency

• Leverage AI tools to automate routine data extraction, document summarization, and initial regulatory/KYC checks during client onboarding.
• Proactively identify operational bottlenecks in Company’s processes and propose AI-driven or automated workflow improvements.
• Maintain standard operating prompts, templates, and AI workflows to ensure team-wide consistency, output accuracy, and data confidentiality.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Language Mastery: Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with North Asian high-net-worth clients and translate complex financial/compliance documents.
• GenAI & Tech Savviness: Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or specialized AI tools) for content drafting, translation, workflow automation, or research.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, active listening, and client-facing communication skills tailored for HNWIs.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous organizational skills with high standards for compliance accuracy and client confidentiality.
• Software Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern CRM tools.
• Mindset: Proactive team player capable of working independently, driving efficiency, and adapting to emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience within the financial services, wealth management, private banking, or investor relations sectors, with experience handling HNWIs.
• Hands-on experience implementing prompt engineering, low-code automation tools, or AI-driven CRM integrations.
• Solid foundational knowledge of North Asia compliance frameworks (AML/KYC standards).

Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
