Oversee the receipt, tracking, and proper control of all project documentation to ensure accuracy, traceability, and proper filing in both physical and digital systems.
Ensure all documentation complies with internal standards, project requirements, and relevant industry regulations.
Perform quality checks on documents to ensure correctness, consistency, and completeness before distribution or submission.
Manage timely distribution of controlled documents to internal teams, project stakeholders, and external parties when required.
Maintain, organize, and continuously improve the document control system, including proper archiving and retrieval processes.
Prepare periodic documentation status reports and project progress summaries for management review and decision-making.
Act as the key liaison between project managers, engineers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth document flow and resolve documentation-related issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to document control processes and system efficiency.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in document control, preferably within the construction industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in document handling and compliance management.
Ability to identify issues in document workflows and propose practical solutions for improvement.
Good understanding of construction project documentation standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Proficient in both written and spoken English; ability to communicate in Mandarin is required due to liaison with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
