Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Advisory
Act as the primary AI expert and trusted advisor to business and technology teams.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI (GenAI), and automation to improve business processes.
Develop AI roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and regulatory developments.
Solution Design & Delivery
Lead the assessment, selection, and implementation of AI solutions.
Define AI use cases, requirements, architecture, and success metrics.
Provide technical oversight for AI projects from ideation through deployment.
Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Generative AI & Copilot Enablement
Drive adoption of Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and related AI platforms.
Design and evaluate prompts, AI workflows, and automation solutions.
Identify opportunities to increase productivity through AI-powered capabilities.
Support the development of AI-powered knowledge management and business process solutions.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
Establish AI governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Ensure responsible and ethical AI usage across the organization.
Assess AI-related risks including privacy, security, compliance, and bias.
Support regulatory and organizational compliance requirements for AI implementations.
Stakeholder Engagement
Engage with business leaders to understand challenges and identify AI opportunities.
Translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly language.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and AI awareness programs.
Influence decision-making through expert recommendations and thought leadership.
Knowledge Sharing & Capability Building
Develop AI best practices, standards, templates, and reusable assets.
Mentor technical teams on AI technologies and methodologies.
Build organizational AI literacy through training and coaching.
Promote innovation and a culture of continuous learning.
